What You'll Bring: Extensive experience leading corporate interior construction projects and project teams working for a construction management firm Proven success managing client relationships and developing repeat business opportunities Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Senior Project Managers Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality, financial performance, schedule, and client satisfaction Deep understanding of risk management, contract administration, budgeting, and strategic project execution Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, trade partners, and industry stakeholders Experience in Class-A office space environments Experience in the logistically complex construction environments of professional service firms, law firms, and financial institutions Why Consider This Opportunity?
