Salary Range

$65,000–$85,000 annually , based on experience and sales performance

As a  Sales Executive , you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle for VoIP and telecom solutions, working with mid-market and enterprise clients to modernize their business communications. Your duties will include the following:

• Drive the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
• Lead consultative sales conversations to understand customer communication needs, technical requirements, and business goals
• Position VoIP, hosted PBX, SIP, and related telecom solutions as strategic tools that solve real business challenges
• Build, manage, and advance a strong, qualified sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
• Serve as a trusted advisor by educating prospects on VoIP technology, cost savings, scalability, and reliability

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new revenue and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead-generation campaigns
• Conduct discovery calls, demos, and solution presentations tailored to each prospect’s environment
• Gather and leverage business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and proposals
• Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate solution design and smooth onboarding

Education / Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or consulting
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management
• Experience closing complex, solution-based deals
• Demonstrated success selling to business to business with long-term relationships
• Strong discovery and qualification skills with the ability to align solutions to business outcomes

Additional Desired Skills

• Experience selling VoIP, telecom, cloud-based, or managed service solutions
• Familiarity with procurement, legal, and contracting processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, technicians, and service teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
