Our challenge

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager with banking industry expertise and a solid understanding of data concepts. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader capable of engaging with Business and Technology executives to evangelize the platform’s value, align stakeholders, and steer the product team towards success.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within NYC is $150k-$175k/year & benefits (see below)..

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Lead the lifecycle of the data platform, including strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
• Act as a bridge between banking business needs and technical solutions, translating requirements into actionable product features.
• Review the platform's benefits to C-level banking executives and technology leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and banking domain experts.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer feedback, compliance requirements, market trends, and strategic goals.
• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with banking industry needs.
• Manage and develop the product team, fostering innovation and a customer-centric approach.
• Monitor platform adoption, performance, and compliance with banking regulations, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on data platforms and banking solutions.
• Deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory landscape, and banking data concepts.
• Strong leadership skills with experience facing off to Business and Tech executives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex banking requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with data architecture, data governance, and banking-specific data standards.
• Results-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving skills.
