We're currently seeking a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse for our Day Shift (7 AM - 3 PM) to lead the charge in ensuring optimal wound healing and prevention for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled, evidence-based wound care treatments as ordered by physicians
• Evaluate and document wound healing progress using current protocols
• Educate residents, families, and staff on proper wound care and preventive practices
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive treatment planning
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to skin and wound outcomes

What You Bring to the Team:

• Current Georgia RN/LPN License (Required)
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
• Prior wound care experience preferred but not required-training available for the right candidate
