Staff Development Coordinator

Cedars Healthcare Center seeks a Staff Development Coordinator - RN to lead clinical education and staff training in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. This role assesses learning needs, plans and delivers orientations, in-services, and competency-based education for nursing staff, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Working in our compassionate, resident-centered culture, the RN coordinator supports quality improvement, fosters teamwork, and mentors staff to enhance clinical skills and promote dignified, person-centered care for our residents.
