Machine Operator

Compensation: $15−18 per hour (based on shift) Job Summary As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing setting. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines, while also meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate machines according to specifications and production requirements Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to keep them in good working condition Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Parea Staffing Solutions
