Known for its commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and project execution, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering complex concrete and site construction projects while maintaining long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.Job DescriptionManage multiple concrete construction projects simultaneously from award through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.Coordinate with superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.Review contracts, project specifications, drawings, and scope requirements.Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Monitor project financial performance, including job costing and profitability.Ensure projects are progressing according to schedule and proactively address delays or challenges.Support procurement efforts and manage material deliveries to align with project timelines.Conduct regular site visits to evaluate project progress, quality, and safety compliance.Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent project updates.Collaborate with estimating and operations teams during project transitions.Assist with project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and owner turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
