Technology Lead Business Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Technology Lead Business Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location. Responsibilities Serve as key solution architect and delivery lead for new country implementations of the Oracle Accounts Payable (AP) module within the broader enterprise resource planning (ERP) ecosystem. Design and define end-to-end payable system architecture, including payment, invoicing, approval, and accounting requirements, and guide customization and integration of RICE components into the Procure-to-Pay platform. Architect and deliver strategic global payment automation projects to eliminate manual processes, mitigate end-user computing risks, and meet local country requirements. Lead test automation strategy, assess functional, regression, performance and UI test cases, and build reusable automation frameworks for system upgrades and integrated testing. Act as escalation lead for complex P2P and Accounts Payable production issues, leveraging SQL to investigate and resolve production incidents. Oversee stability, performance, and integration of Oracle AP modules, including electronic invoicing portals and diverse payment methods across multiple countries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or foreign equivalent. Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as Senior Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar, developing P2P financial modules and accounts payable invoicing applications. Hands‑on experience in global payment automation, test automation and quality assurance, Oracle ERP assessment and implementation, solution architecture and implementation using RICE components, and project & stakeholder management for implementation, business integration, and divestiture. Experience in systems upgrades, integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, process engineering, eBusiness tax, and data analysis & troubleshooting using SQL.
