Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources for effective treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining their goals and specific therapeutic interventions needed for their progress.

• Interface regularly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care, thereby enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning, addressing urgent needs and ensuring the safety of clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

You will work primarily with school-aged children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues that affect students' ability to thrive academically and socially. Your role will involve customizing treatment plans not only for the students but also for their families, ensuring that they receive adequate support through family involvement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus.
