Job Description

Sushi by Scratch Restaurants is looking for a dish team member who is capable of maintaining clean and dishes stocked and ready to go for our sushi chefs. Assisting the team with ensuring the materials needed for prep are cleaned, maintained, and organized. Job duties include cleaning, washing all dishes and materials for sushi chefs, ensuring all areas are clean and ready for guests. Be able to be adaptive in a small fine dining environment. Hand washing fragile dishware.

Positions Available: Part time Per Diem Pay - $18/ day Compensation: $18.00 per day
