Juniper Communities is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to support the Connections program for our residents. You will help plan and implement daily activities to enhance leisure, physical, and mental well-being, working weekend shifts on Sundays and Mondays. Responsibilities include data entry in multiple systems, attending care plan meetings with families, collecting resident profiles, and assisting in developing the Connections activity program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
