Maintenance Technician - East Wareham, MA
Pay: $25.00 to $27.00 / hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm

We're seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy, and experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee and actively participate in maintenance operations at our East Wareham property.
- Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
- Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment
- 1+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Computer proficiency is a plus
- HVAC knowledge is a plus, particularly with boilers and heating systems.
- Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.
