Procurement Manager

I'm currently supporting a growing technology-driven organization within the construction industry, that is looking to hire a Procurement Manager urgently to lead and transform its global purchasing and logistics function. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, with responsibility for: Supplier sourcing, negotiations, and performance management Procurement process improvement and operational transformation Global logistics and freight strategy Cost reduction, KPI development, and supplier accountability ERP-driven purchasing and reporting (NetSuite experience highly desirable) Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, finance, and operations teams Location: 5 days a week onsite in Columbus, OH The ideal profile is someone who has successfully improved procurement and supply chain processes, implemented best practices, and can operate comfortably at both a strategic and hands-on level, while also having experience managing personnel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thor
