Cleaner / Janitor We are looking for an experienced Cleaner/Janitor to play a vital role in our staff. The ideal candidate is reliable, skilled, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean organization. Responsibilities Keep buildings in a clean condition Perform heavy‑duty cleaning Perform regular maintenance activities Engage in repair activities when needed Clean building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping) Gather and empty indoor trash Clean, service and resupply restrooms Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces Engage in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance) Move equipment, supplies, and furniture Inform managers about required repair and maintenance activities Maintain tools and equipment needed for duties Arrange supplies of tools and equipment needed for duties Organize and execute spraying of fumigants and insecticides Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven working experience as a Cleaner/Janitor Knowledge of sanitation procedures Ability to respond and act quickly Strong communication and multitasking skills Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies #J-18808-Ljbffr
