In this fully onsite role (5 days/week) in the Denver Tech Center, you'll support the resident lifecycle by managing renewals, notices, and key administrative processes that keep communities running smoothly.What You Will DoManage the lease renewal process (generate offers, prepare lease documents, finalize paperwork)Process Notices to Vacate and ensure accurate documentationSupport onsite teams by handling resident inquiries and shared inbox requestsAssist with post move-out processes and ensure compliance with internal proceduresMaintain accurate records and resolve data discrepancies in internal systemsCollaborate with community teams to deliver a seamless resident experienceQualifications1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or operations experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable learning new systems and handling data entryProfessional communicator (written and verbal)Property management experience is a plusAdditional InformationWhat We OfferAIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance:Expected pay rate of $22-$23 per hour.
