Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support operations at a brand-new, high-tech fulfillment facility in Aurora, CO. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of automated systems and industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Mechatronics & Robotics)
Pay: $32.50/hour
Location: Aurora, CO
Overview:
Seeking experienced technicians to support a new, highly automated facility. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and advanced automation technology.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair material handling and conveyor systems
- Maintain and install automated packaging equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance using CMMS
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Support and mentor junior technicians
Requirements:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years working with MHE, conveyors, or similar equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Skills:
- Automation and control systems
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Robotics and conveyor maintenance
- CMMS and preventive maintenance experience
Schedule:
- Multiple shifts available
- 1012 hour shifts, typically 4 days on / 3 days off
Work Environment:
- Active role requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 lbs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
