Trauma Sales Representative - Baton Rouge, LA

Stryker

Baton Rouge, LA

Responsibilities

  • Sell Stryker trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • Develop expertise in trauma products and competitive offerings
  • Manage and maintain product inventory for immediate customer access
  • Provide product training and consultation during operating and emergency room cases
  • Attend sales meetings and professional conferences outside regular hours

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
  • 3+ years sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with office technology
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals
  • Comfortable working in emergency and operating room environments
  • Compliance with AdvaMed ethics and applicable regulations

Compensation: 100% commission eligible for bonuses and benefits
