As a customer service representative with Leon's State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. • Answer customer inquiries & provide timely support.
• Help maintain customer retention by resolving customer issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
