• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification; experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months; no minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification preferred.
• Additional Information:
  • Ability to assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
  • Ability to formulate and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and patient needs.
  • Ability to evaluate and document patient responses and care effectively.
  • Experience in an acute care environment is desired, with a minimum of one year in the specialty area.
  • Candidates working at certain facilities must possess specific Fingerprint Clearance Cards and maintain them throughout employment.
