Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description Greenleaf Corporation is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of complex industrial equipment and facility systems including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated control systems. Ensures maximum equipment reliability, safety, and production uptime for the Saegertown, PA facility. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex equipment failures across multiple disciplines (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls) Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, drives, sensors, robotics, and HMIs Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings Install, align, and commission new equipment and system upgrades Maintain and repair motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, conveyors, furnaces, etc. Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems including proportional controls Support automation systems including VFDs, servos, and safety circuits Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO, NFPA 70E, OSHA, etc.) Document maintenance activities in CMMS Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Required Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field or equivalent experience 5–10 years industrial maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read schematics and technical documentation Preferred PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) Experience with robotics and automated systems VFD/servo drive knowledge Welding and fabrication capability Predictive maintenance tools (vibration, thermography, etc.) Core Competencies Root cause analysis System-level thinking Safety leadership Independent problem solving Communication with operations and engineering teams Benefits We offer an excellent benefits program to all full-time employees, which includes: Health and Dental Insurance (company pays no out-of-pocket premiums, deductibles are $400 individual/$800 family) 401(k) and ROTH Retirement Plan with a Company Match Employee Profit Sharing Tuition Assistance for Employee Greenleaf Scholarships for Dependents Twelve (12) Paid Holidays Paid Vacations Medical and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (Section 125) Short and Long-term Disability Insurance Life, AD&D, and Dependent Life Insurance AFLAC Supplemental Insurance Policies (Additional Benefits) Employee Purchase Program All of this makes Greenleaf a great place to work Equal Opportunity Employer: Disability/Veteran Application is available at Please send completed application to Rhonda Boulton, PO Box 1040, Saegertown, PA 16433.
