You'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the backbone of our engineering platform: from developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines to core infrastructure supporting the high-performance APIs, data services, and real-time trading systems at the heart of what we do. You'll have the autonomy to make big technical decisions, drive system architecture, and implement solutions that balance speed, reliability, and long-term maintainability in one of the most demanding technical environments in crypto.What You'll DoBuild and automate development workflows. Design and maintain infrastructure that standardizes how we develop, version, test, and deploy software across environments.Architect scalable systems. Make thoughtful architectural decisions and tradeoffs, balancing risk, performance, cost, and maintainability across the DeFi trading stack.Power high-performance trading services. Contribute to infrastructure supporting real-time APIs, low-latency data feeds, and the exchange systems that underpin Polymarket's markets.Develop testing infrastructure. Build robust tooling for automated testing at all levels, from unit to integration to API.Ensure availability and reliability. Own critical infrastructure that minimizes downtime and reduces risk of failure across trading-critical systems.Move fast without breaking things. Deliver high-quality solutions quickly, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.Operate autonomously. Take initiative and make independent decisions, there's no micromanagement here.Collaborate across teams.
