We offer a fun and supportive workplace for passionate, hardworking individuals.Job Overview:We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Rage Room Guide. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role, ideal for someone who thrives in an active, high-energy environment. The position involves a variety of responsibilities, including cleaning, lifting, customer service, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.Duties & Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom maintenance)Lift up to 50+ pounds and assist in preparing rooms for clientsClean and maintain safety gear and equipmentUse our online booking and scheduling softwareProvide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitudeAssist with other tasks as needed, including axe throwing dutiesConsistently follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for clients and staffSchedulesWe have 1 shift available @ Downtown SacramentoWed-Thur 4:30pm-10pm* and Fri-Sun 1:30pm-10pm**Off time tentative Qualifications:Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentStrong work ethic and attention to detailExcellent customer service skills with a positive attitudeAbility to lift and carry up to 50+ poundsWillingness to learn new tasks and assist in other areas as neededBenefits:Cross-training opportunities, including axe throwingSupportive and fun work environmentCommunity-focused company with opportunities to make a real impactIf youre looking to be part of a dynamic team in a fun, exciting industry, apply today to join our growing family!
