We are looking for a dependable Inventory Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Texas. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and can help keep equipment moving efficiently through receiving, inventory control, testing support, and shipping activities. The person in this role will contribute to a safe, organized environment while working closely with the team to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming electrical test equipment, assist with inspection or basic testing activities, and prepare items for outgoing customer shipments
• Keep inventory records current by documenting product movement, shipment details, and stock status with a high level of accuracy
• Organize warehouse materials and equipment in assigned storage areas to improve accessibility, order, and space utilization
• Use warehouse tools and equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and packing machinery to move and secure products safely
• Package equipment for delivery using proper handling methods to help protect sensitive items during transport
• Perform frequent physical handling of materials, including lifting and moving heavier products while following established safety procedures
• Work with warehouse team members to complete daily priorities, maintain workflow, and support efficient operations
• Provide guidance to new team members on safe material handling practices and standard warehouse procedures when needed• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or inventory-focused environment
• Knowledge of inventory tracking and asset inventory practices in a warehouse setting
• Ability to work in a physically active role and lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis
• Comfort operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with training available as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing stock accurately
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Electrical product or equipment familiarity is preferred
