Senior Fund Accountant @ Real Estate PE Firm

Coda Search is partnering with a rapidly expanding real estate private equity firm with offices located in Jersey City. The team is seeking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to support fund-level analysis, debt and loan covenant reporting, and performance analytics across a diversified real estate portfolio. This role partners with asset management and finance, with significant exposure to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing the monthly financial reporting package Oversee and manage GL activity and perform variance analysis Perform fund-level financial analysis across multiple real estate funds, including cash flow modeling and variance analysis Prepare and maintain loan covenant reporting, including compliance tracking and lender analysis Develop and analyze portfolio and asset-level KPIs Support quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes at the fund and asset level Partner with Asset Management and Accounting to analyze operating performance and identify trends, risks, and value-creation opportunities Assist with investor and management reporting, including dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and presentation materials Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field 3+ years of experience in real estate private equity, real estate, asset management, or investment management Advanced Excel skills; experience with ARGUS, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Coda Search│Staffing
