Geico Sales Representative – Mesa, AZ We are actively looking for a Sales Representative to sell insurance and other property and casualty products at our GEICO local office in Mesa, AZ. Job Requirements Maximize sales opportunities by proactively contacting leads, referrals, and walk‑ins. Review and follow up on daily leads from all sources. Use phone, email, and other communication methods to close business. Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using the company CRM. Meet daily key performance indicators and monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong knowledge of Property & Casualty products and complete GEICO sales training. Hold an active Arizona Personal Lines Insurance license. Provide quotes, bind policies, and cross‑sell additional business lines. Show consistent attendance and punctuality, uphold integrity and ethics, and promote GEICO’s sales principles. Skills Required Strong phone and listening skills with ability to call out on leads. Persistence, ability to overcome obstacles, and self‑motivation to meet excellence standards. Excellent time‑management and communication skills. Positive attitude and stamina to work in a high‑energy sales environment. Bi‑lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranging from $36,000 to $96,000+ per year. Uncapped commission and bonus pay. Health insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.
