Job Overview – Healthcare Real Estate Originations Specialist Compensation: $90,000 – $145,000/year + bonus Location: Texas (Remote) Schedule: Monday to Friday (Remote) Atlantic Group is hiring a Healthcare Real Estate Originations Specialist in Texas for our client, supporting business development and loan origination efforts focused on healthcare real estate financing. This highly visible role is responsible for sourcing new lending opportunities, building relationships with borrowers and intermediaries, structuring financing solutions, and driving new business growth across the skilled nursing and senior housing sectors. The ideal candidate has an established network within healthcare real estate finance and a proven background in loan originations. Responsibilities as the Healthcare Real Estate Originations Specialist Business Development: Source and cultivate new lending opportunities by building relationships with borrowers, brokers, owners, operators, and industry professionals within the healthcare real estate market. Loan Originations: Structure and negotiate financing solutions while managing transactions from initial opportunity through execution and closing. Relationship Management: Develop long-term partnerships with clients, maintain an active business pipeline, and represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings. Transaction Analysis: Evaluate financing opportunities by reviewing financial information, borrower performance, property operations, and market conditions to support lending decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, credit, legal, and operations teams to coordinate due diligence, documentation, and successful transaction execution. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and healthcare real estate market developments while identifying opportunities to expand business and improve origination strategies. Qualifications for the Healthcare Real Estate Originations Specialist Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Accounting, or a related field is required. Experience: 2–7 years of experience in commercial real estate loan originations, business development, relationship management, or healthcare real estate finance is required. Industry Knowledge: Experience originating financing for skilled nursing facilities is required. Additional experience with senior housing, assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, or other healthcare real estate assets is strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, commercial lending, credit analysis, and Microsoft Excel skills are required. Experience with CRM platforms, loan origination systems, and financial analysis tools is preferred. Skills & Attributes: Strong business development, relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level clients, develop new business opportunities, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and thrive in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment.
