We're in search of a dedicated person who can effectively handle customer relationships. Speaking multiple languages is a plus! It's important that you have strong interpersonal and sales abilities. In this role, you'll be tasked with answering customer calls, making sales in automotive repair, managing billing with Mitchell1 software, following up with customers, and assigning work to our technicians. A solid understanding of automotive systems is key for this job. Responsibilities:

• Answering customer calls and selling our services.
• Using Mitchell1 software for billing and giving price quotes.
• Following up with customers to ensure they’re happy.
• Coordinating with technicians on job assignments.
• Managing store inventory
• Ordering parts

Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of prior experience in the automotive field.
• Must have experience working in an independent shop.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
