I opened my agency in 1997 and currently lead a team of three. Over the years, I’ve built an agency focused on consistency, strong relationships, and serving our community at a high level. I’m a graduate of Ball State University, where I earned my B.S. in Business Management and competed as a Division I athlete for four years. I’m married with four children and one grandchild, and family plays a big role in everything I do. I stay very active in the community by coaching youth basketball, football, soccer, and baseball, as well as mentoring local youth. I’m also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi. Giving back and helping others grow is something I’m deeply passionate about. Our agency offers flexibility, free snacks and coffee, professional and personal development, a strong focus on health and wellness, and regular team-building events. We believe in creating an environment where people feel supported and set up for success. Our culture is team-oriented, knowledgeable, and accessible. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
