The overall goal and vision of CIS is to create a corporate experience and a consistent corporate employee (“participant”) experience and to engage them throughout their financial life journey that will ultimately lead to a furthering and deepening of their Morgan Stanley Wealth Management relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing, servicing, cultivating, and growing existing corporate client relationships toward mutual partnership and success. Acting as the main point of contact for designated corporate clients, you will interact with all departments across both the private and public market teams within Morgan Stanley at Work to ensure that client expectations are met and satisfaction levels are maintained.Primary ResponsibilitiesProactively build “partnership” style relationships focusing on integration at all levels, maintaining relationship with senior client contactsCollaborate with various client stakeholders to solve problems, build strong partnerships, and uncover new opportunitiesConduct ongoing needs analysis to determine appropriate services to meet client requirements; prepare specifications/gap analysis documents for client requests for new functionalityDeliver regular business reviews with the Director, Account Management sharing thought leadership, plan-level analytics, and relevant enhancements Keep clients informed of new product functionality relevant to the client and their plan administration Monitor client satisfaction through internal benchmarks, surveys, and RM check-ins Aligning client requests and expectations with business needs while maintaining a positive relationships Foster client loyalty through Morgan Stanley at Work's standard client interaction protocols and proactive client retention initiatives including client meetings, corporate communications, quarterly partnership meetings, etc.Understand and interpret contracts and client exceptions related pricing, plan management, and service level commitmentsTroubleshoot ad hoc client queries by partnering with internal stakeholders and platforms. Conduct client meetings, demonstrations, training sessions, user training sessions, and other client requests as required.Promote and share best practices to improve service efficiency and execution RequirementsUniversity degree or College diploma in Business, Economics or similarMinimum 3 years in an Account Management, Client Services, or Sales roleExperience in the equity or share plan industry, including group and retirement plans, would be an assetLicenses required; SIE, FINRA 7 & 63Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skillsProven ability to work independently and manage numerous assignments concurrentlyDemonstrated competency with common technology and technical concepts, including but not limited to email, internet, Excel and WordStrong analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skillsComfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment which includes ongoing learning and training opportunitiesAbility to travel up to 25% of time within and outside North AmericaMorgan Stanley's goal is to build and maintain a workforce that is diverse in experience and background but uniform in reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence.
