Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individual therapy sessions with clients, tailoring each consultation to their specific emotional and relational context.

• Facilitate couples counseling, helping partners navigate relationship dynamics through structured interventions and open communication techniques.

• Lead family therapy sessions aimed at resolving conflicts, enhancing communication, and strengthening familial bonds.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and mental health needs, regularly evaluating their progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to ensure accurate and empathetic evaluation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment.
