Restaurant Ops Lead: Guest Experience & Growth

The Pier in Harbor Springs is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will help hire and train staff, organize schedules, and monitor health and safety standards to deliver an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, evaluating performance, managing costs, handling complaints, and collaborating with sales/marketing to boost regional presence.
