Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred. Previous experience managing caseloads, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work with geriatric populations and common SNF diagnoses preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Assignment Length: 15 weeks. Meal Break: 30 minutes. Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
