Capital Subaru of Greenville is seeking an enthusiastic, tech-savvy Love Encore Representative to join our team! If you're passionate about helping people and love staying up to date on the latest technology, this is your chance to turn that passion into a career. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for Subaru technology - guiding customers through features, enhancing their ownership experience, and making every delivery memorable. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the in-store champion of Subaru technology, features, and benefits 
• Educate new vehicle owners during Love Encore deliveries to ensure they feel confident using their Subaru 
• Assist customers in maximizing their vehicle's technology and functionality post-sale
• Support the sales team by providing product knowledge and technology demonstrations 
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and reinforce a positive ownership experience 
• Stay current on all Subaru technology updates, tools, and features 
• Create a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience for every customer interaction 

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in technology and a willingness to continuously learn 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently 
• A customer-first mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor 
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team 
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required 
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
