Part-Time Center Associate

The Part-Time Center Associate will provide excellent customer service and support daily operations at The UPS Store #4267 in Norfolk, NE. This role involves assisting customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other store services while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox needs.
Process shipments using UPS and other carrier systems accurately and efficiently.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming environment.
Manage cash register transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Support inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
Provide product and service information to customers to help meet their needs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Experience with retail or shipping services is a plus but not required.
Basic computer proficiency.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
