Product Designer

Requirements A passion for designing innovative products that improve healthcare outcomes paired with an enthusiasm to shape a mission-driven design culture , 5+ years of full product lifecycle design experience supported by a portfolio showcasing direct-to-consumer digital product design , Demonstrated experience designing for consumer audiences across mobile apps with a preference for having designed responsive web experiences , Proven track record as an individual contributor, able to execute and deliver through uncertainty, possessing a highly-adaptable sense of process and strong point of view , Mastery of design principles, research methodologies, tools, and best practices , Expert-level proficiency in Figma — from layout and prototyping to design systems and handoff workflows , Strong visual and interaction design craft, with attention to typography, layout, spacing, color, and motion , Excellent communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams, bringing the voice of design , Aligned with a culture of giving, receiving, and responding to feedback.
