Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact where it counts—supporting high school students for the full 26/27 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract position. This role offers the opportunity to work full time, 37.5 hours per week, helping approximately 80 students reach their fullest potential through speech and language therapy.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio SLP license required
• Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP candidates will be considered
• Prior experience working with a high school population preferred
• Familiarity with school-based SLP responsibilities and IEP processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a maximum caseload of 80 high school students, delivering direct and indirect speech and language therapy services
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, school personnel, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain timely documentation of services, evaluations, and communications in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff professional development, and interdisciplinary team planning
