Electrician

Overview DAY TO DAY: Most of their work will be reactionary and will involve troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems. This person needs to have a strong sense of leadership and communication in order to gel well with the team. The employee will be a front-line supervisor, so they will be working on the line with their direct reports. Duties of this job will include changing out motors, pumps, and gear boxes as well. Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Troubleshoot 3-phase equipment Change out motors, pumps, and gear boxes Lead and supervise on the production line with direct reports Interpret blueprints and schematics Qualifications 5-10 years of related experience Experience with pneumatic systems Testing high and low voltage (up to 480 V) Reading blueprints and schematics We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
