Store Manager - RiNo Art District

Summary The Store Manager will lead KREWE’s Denver boutique in the RiNo Art District, driving sales performance and delivering an elevated customer experience. This role is responsible for daily store operations, labor management, hiring and training, and maintaining brand visual standards. The manager will also act as a style advisor, develop local customer and candidate pipelines, and execute events to grow the business. Responsibilities Drive the team to achieve sales targets and KPI results Lead the sales cycle and coach staff through every step of the process Manage labor, scheduling, and daily operational excellence Hire, train, and develop all store team members Act as a brand ambassador to build external customer and candidate pipelines Strategize and execute in-store events and community activations Inspire and manage a team of sales specialists Maintain visual brand standards and store presentation Serve as a style advisor for every customer interaction Requirements Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and strong interest in eyewear Minimum 5 years of retail sales and management experience Proven leadership skills and a strong work ethic Keen understanding of all aspects of store operations History of exceeding sales and performance expectations Excellent communication, styling, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple clients, remain flexible, and work collaboratively #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
