Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and driven Process Engineer to support and lead moderately complex engineering projects focused on developing and improving process control systems across our manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in optimizing performance from raw material input through finished product, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage.What You’ll DoLead and manage engineering projects of moderate to large scope, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goalsDesign, improve, and implement process control systems and proceduresTroubleshoot production issues and develop practical, scalable engineering solutionsConduct process failure analyses, audits, and root cause investigations to drive consistency across operationsDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentationCollaborate cross-functionally with engineers, technicians, production teams, and other departmentsPerform feasibility studies related to manufacturing processes including fabrication, machining, and assemblyEstablish and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and costCreate and execute test plans, analyze data, and implement process improvementsAssist with equipment diagnosis and provide hands-on support during troubleshooting activitiesEnsure compliance with safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirementsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) with 3+ years of experience.
