Pre-Construction Manager

Leading pre-construction activities for data centre development projects, the full-time Pre-Construction Manager will manage project planning, design coordination, cost management, and stakeholder engagement while working remotely across the USA. Key Responsibilities Manage pre-construction activities from project initiation to construction start Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on project planning and design development Support budgeting, cost estimation, value engineering, and procurement planning Required Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field 8-12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3-5 years in data centre or mission-critical projects Proven experience managing pre-construction, design, and stakeholder coordination for large-scale developments Knowledge of data centre infrastructure, MEP systems, and project delivery processes Understanding of Uptime Institute Tier standards and mission-critical environments Virtual Vocations Inc
