We're looking for you to become a valued member of the healthcare team at our client's medical facility! **Pay Rate: $22/ hour** Shift details: + Full-time + 5:45 AM-6:15 PM + Every other weekend & holidays; 36/48 schedule Duties/Responsibilities: + Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. + Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. + Measure and record vital signs and observe residents' physical and emotional condition. + Report changes in residents' condition promptly to the nursing staff. + Maintain accurate patient care documentation in accordance with facility policies. + Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures. + Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. + Promote residents' dignity, privacy, independence, and overall well-being. + Assist residents with recreational and social activities as appropriate. + Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality resident care.
