Job Summary:

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse provides expert nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency setting. They assess, plan, and implement patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver direct patient care for a diverse range of emergency cases.
  
  
• 
  Perform thorough clinical assessments and accurately document findings.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families about their conditions and post-visit care instructions.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a registered nursing license (RN) with current, valid credentials.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency or acute care nursing.
  
  
• 
  Have current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
