About the Role

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting and candidate sourcing through interviewing, offer acceptance, and onboarding coordination


• Develop and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms while actively sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels


• Conduct candidate screens, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process


• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce priorities


• Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement


• Support new hire onboarding by coordinating offer letters, pre-employment requirements, documentation, and orientation activities


• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment requirements

Key Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or related human resources experience preferred


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Experience using job boards, recruiting platforms, and applicant tracking systems


• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to maintain accurate documentation


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and internal teams
