The Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll manage relationships with business clients while leading structured conversations around benefit solutions. You'll operate within a proven system while maintaining independence over how you organize your territory and day-to-day workflow.

What You'll Do

• Connect with local business leaders to introduce supplemental insurance programs
  

• Deliver clear, confident presentations to employee groups
  

• Break down benefit options in a way that feels approachable and practical
  

• Maintain ongoing client relationships through consistent follow-up
  

• Plan your territory, appointments, and weekly activity
  

• Collaborate in strategy sessions and professional development meetings
  

Training & Support
