Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to e-commerce products, order status, returns, and general support via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Provide information on product features, pricing, promotions, and delivery options. Assist customers with order placement, tracking shipments, and resolving issues efficiently. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to enhance service quality. Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about ongoing promotions, new products, and e-commerce trends to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred. Experience in customer service, ideally in the e-commerce or retail sectors.
