Social Worker Opportunity:

Pay: $35.48-$56.02/hour, DOE

Sign On Bonus Available!

Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday schedule
Provide direct support and case management services to assigned clients
The Social Worker will monitor and improve the patient experience by focusing on quality, timeliness, and continuity of care

Social Worker Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LICSW candidates are highly favored)
Background in hospital setting is preferred, but not required

The Location:
