MBM Hospitality is seeking polished, experienced Event Bartenders to deliver elevated beverage service at premier events throughout the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in professionalism, precision, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full bar setup, service, and breakdown with efficiency and attention to detail
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately while maintaining speed and composure
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus and event-specific offerings
• Provide a high-touch, guest-focused experience at all times
• Represent MBM Hospitality with poise, professionalism, and discretion

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event bartending (required)
• Valid RBS Certification through ABC (required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Professional, polished appearance (no visible tattoos or facial piercings)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Highly dependable with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with the ability to perform in fast-paced, high-standard environments
• Open to training and committed to upholding MBM Hospitality standards and culture

Compensation & Details:

• Events located throughout the Los Angeles area
• $30/hour + shared tip pool
