Recovery Housing Case Manager & Client Advocate
The Salvation Army USA Western Territory
The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is hiring a Case Manager to support participants in their Recovery Housing program. This role involves managing a caseload, conducting assessments, and developing individualized transition plans to foster client success and self-sufficiency. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in social services, preferably with marginalized populations, and a high school diploma. A CA Driver's License and bilingual Spanish skills are advantageous.
