Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Garner, North Carolina, United States, 27529 Responsibilities Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform general facility repairs, including walls, doors, ceilings, and restrooms. Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of: Production area lighting Production and safety equipment Office equipment, furniture, and workstations Support preventative maintenance activities such as servicing, adjusting, repairing, and installing machinery. Collaborate with team members to repair or remove machines, machine parts, and minor electrical components. Inspect, monitor, and maintain: Roofing systems and rooftop equipment Dust collection systems Eye wash stations Boilers, air compressors, and other facility systems Maintain facility grounds and structures, ensuring they remain clean, orderly, and free of debris. Assist with interior and exterior upkeep, including painting, pressure washing, and minor landscaping. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Welding and machine shop experience preferred; certification is a plus.
