What You’ll Do Provide onsite advanced clinical care, including acute, episodic, preventive, and chronic disease management Deliver proactive care for employees, spouses, and dependents Collaborate with HPP nurses on claims analysis and care coordination Establish clinical pathways and treatment protocols Conduct telehealth visits as appropriate Coordinate care with external provider networks Maintain required licensure and certifications Schedule & Compensation One 8-hour shift, any day Monday through Friday Starting at $55/hour, based on experience This Role Is a Great Fit If… You’re looking to complement another role or maintain a light, consistent weekly schedule.
